Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, LATE & SICK POLICY
I respectfully ask that you please notify me as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend your scheduled appointment, and I will be happy to rebook you.
If you are feeling sick or experiencing any cold, flu, fever, or contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated when possible, but I understand that illness can come on suddenly. If you wake up sick the day of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you miss an appointment or fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, a 75% cancellation fee of your service total will be charged.
After two no-show or late-cancelled appointments, future services will be required to be paid in full upfront prior to scheduling.
If you are 15+ minutes late, I may not be able to complete your scheduled service. If I am unable to service you and we must rebook, a 50% fee of your service total will be charged for that day.
Repeated last-minute sickness cancellations may be subject to the cancellation policy.
